Willow Residential is a friendly family firm whose members have extensive experience in residential sales.
The staff have strong links to Otford and the Sevenoaks area and have lived in the area for many years. We believe in providing a flexible and professional service to our vendors which includes very competative commission rates and we progress our sales ‘in house’. This means that all members of staff are able to reply to queries regarding the progress of a sale.
We understand that selling and purchasing property is stressful and time consuming, and as your estate agent, our aim is to ensure that we are on hand to discuss the progress of the transaction and deal with any problems which may arise. We believe in constant contact between all parties during marketing our vendors property through to completion.
We are open 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays, and believe firmly in always being available for our clients, both vendors and purchasers at all times.
